Supper Starters Week of August 1

As summer heats up, keep your kitchen cool!  Sold by the quart, these meat sauces and fillings are perfect for sandwiches, pasta toppings, taco fillings or on top of a baked potato.  You choose and customize the meal to your preference.  Any one Supper Starter - $10, two Supper Starters - $18 and for a complete order of all three - $25.    

Italian Meat Sauce- Homemade Italian-style tomato sauce with lean beef.  Perfect over pasta or as a sandwich.

BBQ Pulled Pork - Lean pork loin hand trimmed and slow-simmered in my homemade Chipotle Peach BBQ sauce.  This pork is great for sandwiches or served over rice.

Mexican Shredded Chicken- All white meat chicken cooked with tomatoes and a touch of green chile and spices perfect for all of your Mexican dishes.

This week, you can also order the following add-ons to help complete your meal:

Italian-style Pasta Salad (1 Quart) - $8

Corn & Black Bean Salad (1 Quart) $8

Yellow Rice Pilaf (1 Quart) $6

On Wednesday, I'm offering Pulled Apple Pork Rolls (8) served with Broccoli Slaw for $20.  

Friday will be Mexican Stuffed Shells with Corn Cake and Dessert for $25.

Apple Pulled Pork - Lean pork loin simmered in an apple reduction glaze.  Excellent over baked potatoes, as a sandwich or over rice.

BBQ Pulled Chicken - Chicken breast slow-simmered in my homemade Chipotle Peach BBQ sauce.  This chicken is great for sandwiches or baked on a pizza.

On Wednesday, I'm offering Turkey & Bacon Melts (8) or Buffalo Sliders (8) served with Cole Slaw for $20.  Friday will be Lasagna and Garlic Bread for $25.

4th of July Specials

Stay out of the kitchen this Fourth of July weekend!  I have some great specials and will be cooking all weekend!

Sangria Sparkler is the perfect gift for hostesses.  Prettily packaged and in red, white and blue it will be the talk of any holiday celebration and it tastes great too.  Strawberries, blueberries and other fresh fruit in my own special blend of juices.  Add wine and/or ginger ale and it's ready!  $9

Pulled Pork and Cheddar Stuffed Rolls - Tender pulled pork in my homemade peach barbecue sauce topped with cheddar cheese and baked in a tender roll.  These sandwiches are perfectly portable and easy to bring to any celebration or picnic.  $14/eight sandwiches

Spicy Chicken Corn Cakes - Tender corn cake and spicy chicken and cheese baked up in a cupcake wrapper to make this little snack perfect picnic fare. $15/eight sandwiches

Pasta Salad - Italian or Southwest style pasta salad - you can't go wrong as both are crowd pleasers.  $8/quart

Cinnamon Chips with Chocolate and Strawberries make a great dessert to share.  Pretty and portable and absolutely delicious.  $5
