Specials Week of July 17, 2011

I have an old favorite and a brand new Supper Starter this week. As summer heats up, keep your kitchen cool!  Sold by the quart, these meat sauces and fillings are perfect for sandwiches, pasta toppings, taco fillings or on top of a baked potato.  You choose and customize the meal to your preference.  Any one Supper Starter - $10, two Supper Starters - $18 and for a complete order of all three - $25.    

On Wednesday, I'm offering Pulled Apple Pork Rolls (8) served with Broccoli Slaw for $20.  

Friday will be Mexican Stuffed Shells with Corn Cake and Dessert for $25.

Apple Pulled Pork - Lean pork loin simmered in an apple reduction glaze.  Excellent over baked potatoes, as a sandwich or over rice.

BBQ Pulled Chicken - Chicken breast slow-simmered in my homemade Chipotle Peach BBQ sauce.  This chicken is great for sandwiches or baked on a pizza.

Mexican Ground Beef- Lean ground beef and beans cooked with tomatoes and a touch of green chile and spices. Perfect for all of your Mexican dishes.
