Supper Starters Week of June 27

As summer heats up, keep your kitchen cool!  Sold by the quart, these meat sauces and fillings are perfect for sandwiches, pasta toppings, taco fillings or on top of a baked potato.  You choose and customize the meal to your preference.  Any one Supper Starter - $10, two Supper Starters - $18 and for a complete order of all three - $25.    

Today, I'm also taking orders for Hot Ham & Cheese Rolls (8) and a quart of Italian-style pasta salad for $20.  These sandwiches are great and your family will love them!

Italian Meat Sauce- Homemade Italian-style tomato sauce with handmade meatballs.  Perfect over pasta or as a sandwich.

BBQ Pulled Pork - Lean pork loin hand trimmed and slow-simmered in my homemade Chipotle Peach BBQ sauce.  This pork is great for sandwiches or served over rice.

Mexican Shredded Chicken- All white meat chicken cooked with tomatoes and a touch of green chile and spices perfect for all of your Mexican dishes.

Wednesday Special

Wednesday's Special is a Supper Starter 2 Pack.  For $12.50, you can get one quart of BBQ Chipotle Peach Chicken and one quart of Mexican-Style Shredded Beef.  The chicken makes excellent sandwiches or pizzas. The beef is the perfect filling for tacos, burritos and enchiladas.  You can serve either as a baked potato topping or alongside black beans and rice.

The lasagna dinners sold out on Tuesday so I'll be making more for tomorrow.  For $25, I'll deliver a ready to serve lasagna, tossed salad and garlic bread.

Lasagna Dinners are Back!

How about lasagna for dinner tomorrow night? I'm taking orders for what has been called the best lasagna in the world. Okay, sure it was my husband and it was early on in our relationship when he was used to eating frozen dinners. But it is good.... And for $25, I'll deliver it in the Corona area with a salad and garlic bread for your family. This dinner will feed 4-6.
